The new Bradley International Airport Parking Facility was a design/build project and is a 3,500 space, five-story open parking structure. The construction cost was $36,900,000. The first phase of the project, 1,750 spaces was completed by May 1, 2001 and the second phase with an equal number of parking spaces was completed August 31, 2001, 7 months ahead of the original schedule.
