East Hartford Public Safety Complex

The Downes Group and Downes Construction Company were selected to coordinate a complex sequence of related projects on three existing sites. The Board of Education Offices were relocated from the new Public Safety Complex site to a downtown economic development site. Board of Education Maintenance and Distribution functions were relocated to a renovated industrial building.
