Ed Moriarty - Project Executive
Jeff Anderson - Project Manager
John Fraioli - Superintendent

The jewel of New Britain, Connecticut is the New Britain Museum of Art, created in 1903 by a group of local industrialists and art patrons and relocated in 1937 to the stone mansion of Grace Judd Landers.

The renowned museum houses many fine works by the some of America's most accomplished artists, including Copley, Stuart, Cole, Church, Cassatt and Sargent.

Downes is providing comprehensive CM services including coordination of many critical details to insure the design intentions of Architect Ann Beha are faithfully rendered. Security and climate control of the work area and adjacent storage areas is being carefully controlled.
