The State of Connecticut hired Downes Construction Company as the Construction Administrator for the new 160,000 square foot Academic Research and Transgenic Animal Facility. This structure is an addition connected to the existing University of Connecticut Health Center in Farmington, CT. Additionally energy related improvements were incorporated into the construction.
