Downes Celebrates New London High School Topping Off Ceremony

December 2020 - Senior Project Manager Brad Anderson and Superintendent of Schools Cynthia Ritchie spoke at today’s Topping Off Ceremony at New London High School. Students, staff, committee member Brian Doughty, Architect Antinozzi Associates and CREC's Doug Rogers, were also in attendance.
